• Prior to submitting for processing and billing, please ensure that you do not order the same clips, videos, image sets, or memberships twice. Please report any billing errors to Webmaster@KaylaKiss.com for resolution. Any billing errors by KaylaKiss.com will be handled immediately.

• Fraud and abuse by disputing the transaction with the issuing bank will result in immediate disqualification from future purchases and you will be banned from ordering from this Site.

• Clips, videos, and image sets that are purchased from this site cannot be swapped, shared, re-sold, or traded.

• Intellectual property rights are enforced. Any infringement, including those related to swapping, trading, re-selling, or reposting of clips, videos, and images will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

• Exchanges will only be given if a clip or image set is faulty or broken/corrupted upon receipt. All clips or image sets must be exchanged within fifteen (15) days. Please contact Webmaster@KaylaKiss.com to process your exchange.

• It is your responsibility to save and back-up any purchased and downloaded content (clips or image sets) from this site. Download reactivations will only be allowed once within ninety (90) days of the initial purchase. Due to the nature of downloaded content, I cannot guarantee that after ninety (90) days, your content will still be available for download without an additional purchase.
